Nika Neshyba

Nika (they/them) is a data analyst with a passion for empowering students to change the world. Supporting student growth has always been a key driver for Nika's involvement in groups like IPECC (International Peer Education on Climate Change), a student-run initiative for promoting environmental stewardship. Besides geeking out on data, Nika's hobbies include gaming, gardening, playing music, and biking around the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

As YDSL’s Treasurer of the Board, Nika supports the organization's growth with financial guidance and budgetary reports. Her work is instrumental in ensuring compliance, while also providing guidance in the diverse and creative aspects of data science that will in turn help data science education appeal to diverse learners.
