Keaton Nara (she/her)
Keaton is a designer passionate about environmentalism, education, and wicked problems (simply put, unique and complex issues that lack a definitive solution). She holds a BA in Justice & Peace Studies from Georgetown University, where she also worked as a key degree designer for the university’s B.S. in Environment & Sustainability. Additionally, she is a soon-to-be double Hoya as she expects to graduate with from Georgetown with her M.A. in Communication, Culture & Technology by May 2027.
As YDSL’s Environmental Curriculum & Projects Lead, Keaton focuses on environmental curriculum design, while also guiding project management and communications. She navigates the deeply intertwined relationship between AI, the environment, and education, and collaborates with educators and data scientists to provide relevant and community-centric curriculum to K-12 and undergraduate students.
